Mark Bartosh
CEO, Corporate Board Member, Innovative Surgical Designs
Mr. Bartosh has spent the past 20+ years in the medical device and technology sectors. He is the founder of several companies and an early stage investor, director and advisor to multiple industry firms. His specialty has been in providing capital, establishing strategic manufacturing and distribution relationships, identification of early technology adopters and negotiating licensing agreements and corporate exits. He has been successful in commercializing numerous medical devices and also brings unique international manufacturing and distribution relationships in the medical device space.


Jon Rinehart
CFO, General Counsel, Secretary, Innovative Surgical Designs
Jon is a serial entrepreneur and licensed and practicing attorney with experience in building and structuring start-up medical device companies. His expertise includes intellectual property development, corporate and securities law, and venture capital financing.  Prior to his legal career, Jon was a licensed financial accountant, specializing in accounting, tax management and audit assurance services for the health care industry.  Jon has a B.A. in Economics and M.A. in Accountancy from the University of Illinois and a JD/MBA from Indiana University-Bloomington.


Wayne Beams
COO, Innovative Surgical Designs

Wayne is an operations specialist with over 5 years’ experience in orthopedic medical device development, manufacturing experience and quality system implementation. Wayne brings technical and operational experience to the team and played a key role in the design and development of ISD’s medical portfolio.  Prior to ISD, Wayne worked in the financial industry as a financial adviser with Raymond James Financial.


D. Greg Anderson, M.D.
Rothman Institute and Jefferson University

Dr. Anderson is an academic spine surgeon and Professor in the Departments of Orthopaedic Surgery and Neurological Surgery at Thomas Jefferson University and the Rothman Institute in Philadelphia PA. He received his medical degree from Loma Linda University, performed his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of California, Irvine and completed a fellowship in Spinal Surgery with the Departments of Orthopaedic Surgery and Neurological Surgery at Thomas Jefferson University. Dr. Anderson is a leading expert in minimally invasive spinal procedures. In addition to his clinical practice with the Rothman Institute, Dr. Anderson teaches in the residency and fellowship programs and directs the Spine Section of the Orthopaedic Basic Science laboratory at Thomas Jefferson University. Dr. Anderson has recently served as President of the Society of Minimally Invasive Spinal Surgery.


Oleg Lebedynets
Managing Director and Head of Credit for VTB Capital

Oleg brings over 15 years of senior executive-level investment banking and financial expertise to ISD.  He currently serves as a Managing Director and Head of Credit for VTB Capital, a leading global investment bank.  At VTB, Oleg established and built their credit business, completing over $50B in credit and restructuring transactions and managing a $2B loan portfolio.  Prior to VTB, Oleg served as Head of CIS Corporate Credit Trading for Deutsche Bank, where he built Deutsche’s CIS Corporate Debt Research Franchise.  Prior to Deutsche, Oleg served as a Senior Analyst at Brunswick Asset Management as a Research Analyst at Wood & Company.


Barry Turner

Barry Turner is the owner of Turner’s Machining Specialties in Columbus Indiana, a business specializing in the design and precision fabrication of small mechanical devices in the medical and non-medical business space.  Barry holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and has provided key design input and logistical support for ISD since inception.
